“Very clean and organised new hotel”
Located next to the Stade du Bouaké, the hotel is a reasonably modern building on 6 floors, with a lift, parking out front, and a very clean though somewhat abandoned-looking pool in the back. The situation is very quiet, as the road out the front doesn't get much traffic.
Rooms have bathroom with shower, hot water, small TV, a couple of power sockets and rather bare cupboards. There's a small desk and chair.
WiFi works but is a bit slow. There is an aircon unit in the room.
The bed is large, clean, but the pillows aren't very good - small and filled with chopped-up foam.
There's no security box, and they wont take valuables at the desk.
Dinner was pretty good, breakfast is a bit of a let-down, there being no fresh fruit.
“Probably the best there is available”
Spent a week here opposite the stadium if your there for an event. Very basic but trying to be the best there is around there parts. Reception staff are very helpfull & do speak English but the rest of the staff only french.
The food is mostly not recommended although an omelette at breakfast with panna chocolate is available.
We used the local super market to buy food.
“Clean, functional rooms”
The rooms are spacious and functional. The bathroom always had good hot water. Whenever I asked for something, service was very prompt!
The restaurant was extremely slow and lacked fresh produce items. Checking out of the hotel took a very long time and I don't think all of the staff knows how to use the credit card machine so it would be beneficial to provide training on this. I didn't experience any bug issues but I was surprised there were no mosquito nets in the rooms. Internet only worked half the time.
Would stay here again.
