“Great resort, perfect location”
I have stayed at the Westin Mission Hills before and am constantly impressed at how consistent their service is.
From easy check-in to a fun and relaxing pool vibe, this is now my favorite place to stay while in the desert.
I was in building #14 which is very easy to find and ample parking. the on-site restaurant is very good with many options.
We had the breakfast buffet twice because it was so good the first time.
The service is what really sets this hotel apart from others in the desert.
The staff really cares about your stay and gets you anything you need from games at the pool to fresh guac and chips in-room, the experience is a memorable one.
“More Disney than Westin”
This looked like a nice weekend getaway for the wife and I but it was way more than that. This Westin is a series of 16 buildings spread along a half mile or more of parking. The place was running wild with kids on scooters and dogs aplenty. The pools were so crowded that it was difficult to find chairs. Other than the golf carts running around the entire stretch, it was difficult to get staff to answer phones or attend to rather simple requests.
I you have a family and a dog, and are looking for a place where they can run rather free, this is for you. I you prefer a higher level of elegance and service, you might consider another resort.

“Overall We Enjoyed It”
Just returned from a 4 night stay with the family (2 adults and our 9 and 5 year old). We had a rough start—tried to make spa reservations but they did answer the phone for 3 hours. When we finally got through, we could not get reservations that aligned with the kids club being open. The pool was packed and they kept telling us if we left our chairs we would lose them. Lunch selections at the pool were poor and lunch at the restaurant was very so-so. The pool smelled a little towards the end of the day.
However, that evening I called the spa and kids club agin and they were finally being flexible and adjusted times so our kids could go to the club during lunch when the spa had openings. We were able to get in at the spa! Finally some good service!
The spa was nice and the kids loved the kids club. We got take out for lunch from their carry out diner which we was a good option.
At the end, we were pretty satisfied. The rooms are aging a little, but overall was fine.
“Very disappointed in the room this stay”
Stayed in a room in building 2 this past week and upon check in the room was not ready until almost 6:00. On top of that after being in the sun at the pool waiting to get into the room we were exhausted and just wanted a shower and to unpack for our 4 day stay. Upon opening the door to the room it is dated and it smelled atrocious. We thought if we opened the doors we could get this chemical smell out. (not sure if they were hiding smoking or pets) We were so tired of travel and waiting for a room all day that we did not want to repack and move. Also asked housekeeping for assistance after saying yes, they never returned. After 4 days, our clothes smelled, our luggage, even our hair. I asked others at the resort over 4 days if their room smelled and most folks said yes, so what was the point in trying to move during spring break week. For the price of the room, it was very, very disappointing.
“very nice property, rooms a little dated”
This is the third time i have stayed at the hotel while attending the tennis at Indian Wells. The hotel is an easy 20 minute ride to the tennis gardens. The rooms are nice and large, yet are just a little dated, they could use a refurbishment. Breakfast at the hotel was good, and the staff was nice and helpful. Though i am not a golfer, the course looks beautiful, as did the scenery in the background.

“Beware of the “adult” pool”
I’m normally not the person who writes negative reviews but I think it is important for travelers to know the following. The adult pool is not an adult pool. I’m here for work and knew I would have one day to enjoy the sun so I specifically picked this hotel because they advertised an adult pool. I was hoping to have a relaxing day answering emails, reading my book, and having a drink or two. Instead I get to the adult pool at 11 and there are no chairs available and many of the chairs have kids under 18. All day there are kids of all ages at the pool. Kids jumping into the pool, splashing, riding their skateboards through the area....I understand it is spring break but then the hotel should have alerted upon booking that the adult pool was going going to be open to all during this time. I could have stayed any where else but chose it because of the representation of the adult pool. I witnessed others complaining about it and so a security guard showed up and asked 5 kids to leave but let all the others stay and then more showed up. After I left I complained to the front desk and she had the nerve to ask me if I tried the “quiet” pool....please note there is no beverage/food service at the quiet pool. If you are looking for an adult pool that has food/beverage service this is not the hotel to stay at. Very disappointed in the SPG family on this hotel (had a rough experience at the fireside lounge the first night...my food was cold and they forgot part of my order).

“Great 5 star service! ”
We had a great time, the service at fireside was excellent. The staff was polite and very friendly, Jose E. went above and behind to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The conference areas was spacious.
Thanks to all for a wonderful trip.
“Must Stay Resort”
We consider this our home away from home and urge anyone looking for a spectacular SPA and Golf to stay here. Great eating facilities, wonderful staff and particularly the Fireside restaurant and ask for Mayola or Robyn to look after you. Checking in at front desk, must get "Abril" -she is amazing.

“come only for business”
Very unimpressive. Not up to usual Westin standards. First room they gave us was literally like a prison cell. Room 437.Ceilings so low, directly next to a parking lot, and literally NOT A SINGLE piece of artwork on the walls. Completely bare. Mattress cover not completely covering the bed. GROSS. Switched rooms to a perfectly bland, clean one on the second floor that was bare-bones but acceptable. Only one bathrobe---and never brought a second one on request. Thin, worn-out towels with frays and pulls. Minimal outlets to charge devices. The "adult-only, quiet" pool right near our room---cramped, cheap plastic lounge chairs and the dirty towel hamper right near the other lounges. As soon as we got there, a blaring rock band doing a sound check for an evening event started blasting loud 80's music, making it essentially unbearable to sit there. I was here for a conference, so I stayed, but would not recommend coming here otherwise, though the golf course is very pretty and that might draw someone here.

A missionary station which rents rooms. A safe haven to go to when you arrive in Cameroon. The rooms are simple but clean and have usually their own bathroom with warm water shower attached. No A/C, but WiFi. Breakfast and dinner available, but cost extra. Reservation via phone in advance recommended. Fabrice Mbarga
