Phoned on numerous occasions. They leave you hanging in the phone forever without talking to you. When you do get through they tell you there's no appointments & to phone back 8am the next morning, it takes forever to get anyone to answer the phone.

I am not usually one for writing a review but we have been with Eden medical for a number of years now, I can honestly say every experience has been appalling. Almost every member of staff have been rude, our current doctor has no care in the world for my wife, who has been diagnosed (privately) with a serious illness. We had no option but to go private, as she was not taken seriously here. Now we are looking for treatments for her and we are still not taken seriously, the doctor doesn't look up from his screen, doesn't even remember her when she goes. And refuses her basic scans with no communication back to us, we have to chase after weeks of waiting. We are completely unable to speak to our GP within a week, even a telephone appointment is a week away! Noting gets done, nothing has been kept on file from our last visit, it is just diabolical. Please do not subject yourself to such a place, go somewhere decent (as we will now be doing) where the doctors actually care about people, life is too short.

Have been a registered with them for many years. Always found if I don't mind which doctor I see I can get an appointment same day.

Constantly messing up perscriptions. Told them what my partner needed. Told them he needed it urgently. Told me it would be faxed over that day... It wasn't. Went in today (day later) and they haven't faxed 2/3 of the urgent items- despite them being accepted by the doctor. The receptionist I spoke to had NO idea what she was doing and had to say the same thing over and over again... Really not impressed.
