  What's the point of attaining an NOC again. Once it is proven that a person is an "authentic" Engineer, why is he required to prove each time of Residency renewal/transfer !!!

  Good Initiative by KSE to take all engineers under one umbrella, This kind of society for engineers are already there in European and American countries. I will approach them soon and will clarify few of my doubts and you people too. Will keep you updated.

  Let me warn the first time engineers who are going there to get their NOC. People line up from 6-7 am to get the information from KSE. Due to less people from the KSE to assist the people they take only 80 tokens per day so make sure u have all your documents ready and check if your college is its accredited in advance.
