I choose for delivery when i renewed my driver license sept. 6 2021 10days on tracking its on central office now and till now im still waiting for there delivery but still not coming in there message they said 3 days of working days but still not. I goes to traffic office they said i need to wait only because if i get there i should pay for 100sar violation. REALLY BAD 😡😡😡👎 i dont recommend to pay online for delivery of documents im planning to go there office and take my document they are not responding too 🤬

Last JUly 8th from my family they send my medicines through speed post from India. Until now i did not received !!!!!
Earlier it deserved less than one star. Now we can give it 4 stars. After new improvements and new SPL system. It's very organized. Even the call center staff are very helpful. The new SPL application and website provide great services. It needs little more improvement but it's going on.
Knowing where your parcel is
Depends on your location upon nearby post office beyond your area.
They know how messed up the traffic is, due to the Metro Construction and Road Repairs but give no signs nor guidance on how to access the Post Building.
They inevitably reduced their staff-on-duty count (acceptably) for pandemic safety (including the number of hours on duty) and didn't care to publish this information.
They had an option of making multiple work shifts to meet the clientele demand but chose to just let people bounce when they expected service.
A day that's supposed to end at 20:45 is closed at 14:00 with no notification nor update to published spaces online.

Very disorganised, careless and clueless people running this post office. Too many staff. I got passed over 4 times just to collect a parcel which wasn't even here. I was told to sit and wait whilst they collect it from the warehouse 🥱🥱🥱

Incompetent to say the least, my tracking order had this post office as my point of collection. For 3 days no phone call to tell me my post is here although my friend had sent me the details not sure why my post was delivered here across the other side of riyadh. Anyways I rock up at the counter and the guy says I'm at the wrong post office. Typical! always same experience with sadui snail mail. So I opened up the app and asked to speak to someone who actually knows what actually goes on here thankfully that man was more accommodating as the app even had this location as point of pick up Good luck with 2030
The employees don't want to move their **s, lazy, literally group of sloths programmed to say "Come tomorrow or after two business days", to be honest I tried them before, maybe two years ago, but it's way better. But now sloths rule the place.
Lack of coordination and very poor services. Unable to resolve a simple issue though you already lodged the complaint to customer service and providing you a reference. They are referring to their system without checking the store room of your package.

After few days I received a msg from Saudi post that my parcel is at the counter, saudi post, main office. I paid the custom (2 sar) online, printed the invoice and gave to the staff at the saudi post, who brought my item in just 2 mins.
In ramadan, i went there at 10 pm. It is open from 9pm to 3 am at night
The guard told me that it is also open in the morning 9 am to 3 pm
Package was sent registered mail from the US to Riyadh. Was bouncing between Riyadh offices for 8 days- said that they didn’t have “sufficient” information on the package which is not true - customer service is HORRIBLE. I have all the necessary information and tracking number and they still will not let me get my package. I filled out a complaint form. The rep said that they were going to return it back to the sender. Worst company and service EVER!!!!!!!
They sent our shipment to another city "by mistake" and they did deliver it to another person ""by mistake"" and now they claim they don't know who or how. Curious how for small low cost items they did call and contact me before, and check my ID, and for this bigger shipment they didn't, they just gave it to someone that now they don't know "by mistake"? Well our lawyer will find the mistake.
Ordered an Item from Ali Express from China. I put our office address as the shipping/delivery address. When the item arrived, I was surprise the courier tried to deliver the item to my registered national address instead of my office address. It seems that EMS by default delivers incoming items to the individual registered national address and not to the address specified in the shipping address supplied to the sender.
Service keeps getting better. Everytime I come. Ticket numbers, the tracking and service hours. It's just the people who don't understand how the queuing system works that keep complaining. I got a package from south korea in 2016 and 2017 and now a parcel from the US. I spend a total of 15minutes in there in each visit. Central branch is open until 2045H
If you are ordering something from Aliexpress or from China, it is usually recieved via Saudi Post.
Based on my experience, you need to do your homework, meaning that you track your package from day 1 and also track through the saudi post app.
As soon as you see the package is trackable on the saudi post app or website, you should request for “Package Claim” (you can find this in tools section after logging in the app or website).
Enter all the details and send the request.
Then wait for some days. Until you receive a message on your mobile for package collection, location and VAT amount.
Go to the Saudi Post location, get the receipt after paying VAT(this in on the ground floor) then go to the collection centre (this is in the underground)
Hand over the reciept to the service officer, and get your package.
It is a slow process but it is how it is.
The main entrance has changed since there is construction going on in front of it. The entrance is now a small backdoor entry at the end of the road. Service is slow but I think they are good people who work hard. Fees and taxes are paid on the ground floor whereas items are collected in the basement where you need to go down and turn left. I have attached the pictures which will hopefully guide you to the parcel pickup location.
Service is best since they started to put your national address, needs more counter to make faster service, but now a days due to construction very hard to go and make parking
Everytime I go, i receive my parcel. If there is sms. Saudi post will give you parcel. Love your services.. Hopefully it will be same and i don't need to buy p.o.box for online shopping.
Monkeys! I was given an SMS saying my package was there. I went to retrieve it and they acknowledged it was there but they wouldn't release it. 2 days later, I get a message from another office across Riyadh to tell me it was there. Really bad service. Since 1 month parcel Stucked there for no reason. Complained customer service couple of times no action taken. Went there at evening he asked to come in morning. Requested 1 parcel to Sahafa parcel station they sent it to shifa n didn't even receive a sms that it went to shifa. 1 parcel came from China to Dammam they sent it to Jeddah then from Jeddah it comes to Riyadh really no logic

Look, the Head Office apparently had some major renovations.
I went there a couple of weeks ago to fetch a package I received. The staff was very helpful (got my package in 2 minutes).
The place had very clear signage and directions.

Most idiotic and most inefficient service in Saudi. I had a package sent from usa and it reached Saudi in 3 days. and it is stuck at saudi post for more than a month. Visited 2 branches but they wouldn't give it to me. I have to wait for them to deliver it at the local branch. And it is been a month since.

I got here to collect my parcel. I was a little afraid about my future experience because on the one hand I am a woman (everything in Riyadh is a little more trick for women that for males), on the other hand the office had bad reviews. When I arrived I came into their main hall where a guardian in English helped me to find the parcel department (it was one level lower, so he guided me himself, was very kind and helpful of him). In the parcel department, there was a machine with tickets for electronic queue both in English and in Arabic. I took a ticket in English and was just the next to come. I waited for one minute in a family section sitting area with other ladies. Then they asked the parcel number, which I got via SMS and my iqama. Very fast and professional. Thank you, Saudi Post in Batha team for this great experience.
