The snack bar served cold coffee and when I went to tell them ,the male customer was going to assault me because he was next in line. It was ridiculous! The shopping area was great!

This is my go to place for inspiration. We recently re-did our son's bedroom and drew a lot of inspiration from their showroom style layout.

This would be a 1 star review if all we cared about was the corn maze navigation required to get through the store. Yes, I know it’s intentional, and yes, it’s still annoying. Mark the “shortcuts” better.

Instead, this is a 5 star review because the Ikea team members I spoke with were fantastic! The kitchen planning person (a name I should have been sure to get) was amazing. The guy who served the mandatory Swedish meatballs (gotta get some, right?) was also amazing. And the young lady cashier in the Cafe was super friendly and very efficient. The A Team was working today!

Great people make a huge difference!

Love this IKEA..they have excellent customer service. Purchased lots of stuff, had it delivered, one or two things had a scratch / dent, I messed a few things up, etc. They were super easy with swapping stuff that was damaged. Great people, great stuff, and once you get the hang of putting things together - things are pretty easy / efficient. Probably going to do the bathroom now that the 3 bedrooms are done .

Because of the skeleton crew, or lack there of on duty, there's hardly anyone to ask for help. It felt like I was already across the Hudson River before I finally saw an employee. Additionally, there were only 4 cashiers on and a lot of people. It took a good 20-30 minutes (attached least) to check out.

I’ve been to this IKEA more than 20 times.

There is a huge parking lot, you’ll always get parking even during a busy day. This IKEA is closed on Sundays.

The interior decors are always fantastic. It’ll make you buy each and everything only the price will stop you from buying 😀

Staffs are helpful when you seek their help, not friendly though. Always they look at everyone very strangely. I’ve observed this many times.

I like the food court here. It tastes too good. I always have the vegetable balls, fries and pastry. Soups will always be empty. Foods are freshly made there and it’s a healthy menu.

The collections and the materials and quality of the product they sell is absolutely awesome. Especially the wooden furnitures are awesome.

Restrooms are always clean. Checkout lanes are more but after 8 PM only 3 or 4 are open, if there is crowd they’ll open up one more lane.

Overall, it’s very good place to get your home decors.

Service sucks. Employees are very rude and not helpful. Lucky found a good, nice, respectful employee who was really helpful. The products are great and so are their layouts. The way the buying process works is too complicated and long waste of time. I took more than an 1 hour to actually pick up the items I bought. Really dislike this store because of the experience I've had today.

Love Ikea. You can find nice furnishings and really good home goods, cheap. Love their lighting options. Tons to choose from and totally out of the ordinary. Great quality pillows and towels. Did I mention that I love Ikea?

I'm a huge fan of Ikea..period! This location is one of my favorites too. Parking is great! Beware though depending on the day and time, checkout lines can be long AND the customer service line can be ridiculous! But nonetheless, I still adore this store. there's nothing like affordable furniture that you can assemble yourself or not, lol! Perks include a clearance area where you can pick up "as is" furniture which is made up of the items they had on display throughout the store or returned items that are still in good use.I've picked up tons of items from this area over the years. An additional bonus is that there's a play area for children, a dinning area that's open throughout the day, and a mini food market at the checkout area for those who'd like to either grab a last minute bite, grab some goodies, or purchase frozen foods from Sweden!

One of the best stores for your house to buy furniture from. Wide ranges of options and suggestion on setting up your bedroom, kitchen, study, dining etc. A must visit place if you are planning to setup a home. When you get into the store stay focused on what you need. You might get confused with the numerous options available. ;-)

I love IKEA. It's one of my favorite go-to stores. What I like about it is that every time it almost gives you a tour of the whole store and you see all the sections and categories of stuff you might need for your home. Not only that, but there's also the ideas they provide for how you can optimize the space of your home with different furniture. It's incredible how they can make a very small space seem very complete.

Ikea is my happy place. I love it here. There are so many good ideas for saving space, which, to the surprise of many, is paramount for living in a NYC apartment. The store is nicely laid out, most things are kept in order, and the prices are right.

Not good on customer service in the downstairs warehouse area! Can never find a real person for help and when you do they never approach you, you always have to chase them down. I bought one item at the register the other night on a weeknight at dinner time when you think it would be slow and waited 30 minutes for them to retrieve it when there was only a few items up on the screen. Very slow. Then I went to exchange something today and I know it's a Saturday but I walked in and got number 42… They were helping customer number 13! With two girls trying really hard to keep up and for empty spots for more people. I asked her if they could put one more person on as they were so far behind and she said we had people call in sick. I said it's always like this can I talk to a manager. Manager comes out right away and told me the same thing I said so you don't have someone to cover? I manage a place for my job and we get someone to cover . and by the way it's like this all the time he says to me I'm sorry sir we just don't have enough people some called out and summer on break… I said well that's very good management putting people on break when you're 30 numbers behind so I guess I'll have to give you a crappy review! PS I always write good reviews about places but this place just sucks!

Good location. Not as big as the one located at Elizabeth but they still have a decent selection of furniture and friendly staff. Would be nice if it where more staffed it can be a bit hectic on a Saturday to get help if needed. You should try the chocolate cake at the cafe. It's really good.

The place is so organized. I didn't do any physical shopping because that wasn't what brought me to the store. Just window shopped but will definitely come again to buy a few of the items that I saw. They also have a cafe which is very affordable. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. I enjoyed my time here and plan on visiting soon.

A big place with nice cheap food sold on two floors. You can walk across the parking lot to get to Bed, Bath & Beyond as well as the Christmas Tree Store.
My only issue was the long walk to get through which has been improved with doors as shortcuts to get from one department to another. Once you know the doors, navigating is a lot quicker

I went on a late night. Figuring out parking was a nightmare then. I don't want to imagine it when it's peak time and crowded. If you are buying big furniture, find the exit area, park there, and then work your way backwards or walk to the entrance. If you see something in as is grab it! Items there get snatched up very quickly. The rest of the place looks nice. Staff was friendly. Customers are always blindly busy so don't be surprised if you don't get the usual cheerful expressions, smiles, and considerate personas you usually encounter at an ikea. I would rather travel to the Elizabeth location. Easier to navigate and sales tax is only 3.5% there. Either way Happy Shopping everyone!

It's exactly what you'd expect. Not a bad shopping experience, as long as you know what you want and are able to find it. If not, and you need assistance, good luck finding anyone that works there. If you do, odds are they still won't be able to help.

This IKEA is big enough to have lots of showrooms. This gives the idea how furniture will look like in real interior.
IKEA is a great place for first time move in: it has furniture for all rooms and in quite a big variety.

You will always find something you like in cafeteria and it has bad bath and beyond and Christmas tree shop almost in the same building.

This place is an adult playground, offering suggestions and wide selections. Please don't dare leave before heading to their dining area for breakfast, lunch or dinner, cheap eats with a wide variety. There are interesting food & drink stuff from Sweden and those glazed cinnamon buns are delicious and under-priced.
