Gets pretty busy, so best to get there early - soon after opening.
The staff are pretty friendly & helpful, but it seems their job is full of beurocracy. The vet will do all the data entry (and take a photo of your pet's face), take your money (cash only) and then vaccinate your pet.
They're doing their best and with good humour so no complaints, and it's cheaper than getting the vaccinations done by a private vet.

Carelesss. Never pick up your phone. False reports. Every time I make a report and call back only to realize no one ever filed any reports.

Good for basic services. Long waiting time if you arrive after 10am. Overall pricing for vaccines is fair than paying a fortune at private clinics.

The doctors here are more caring than many private clinics! Wish they did neutering and surgery as well.

After driving all the way and reaching there and waiting for 20 minutes I got to know that the warm medication that my cats should take every three months is not available because the contract is expired and Municipality is looking for a new supplier !! It was a waste trip.. but I liked two dogs over their .. I posted their picture herewith..

Only cash accepted and no ATM machines available in the near vicinity. So be prepared with cash in hand and coins for VAT as all the service charges are in multiples of 10. Otherwise, friendly staff and quick service.

PSA: They are out of De-worming medicines for cats for the past two months and have no signs of receiving any shipments in the near future. Also Laboratory blood tests are not done here anymore.

The best part about this clinic is that the prices are the cheapest in Dubai..no other vet clinic has prices lower than this one..Doctors are fine and professional but they seem to be confused about things at times..also there is no facility for several tests for cats which is a pain considering you will now have to go some other vet to confirm their diagnosis..best place for simple treatments and routine checkups..

I had to put my my adorable dog ( a mini Maltese )and my best friend for the past 12 years , to sleep 15 days back as he was suffering from Cancer and was in utter pain . There was no hope of recovery . I had called several vet clinics and they mercilessly quoted me between Dhs 700 to Dhs 1000 to do the job . Thanks to Govt of Dubai and Dubai Municipality Vet Clinic , I just paid Dhs 30 ( Dhs Thirty only ) to Dubai Municipality Vet Clinic j , as per their Official Charges and they took care of the rest very efficiently . Can you imagine the price difference ?? . My request to all the Vet Clinics in Dubai , have a heart and stop swindling petowners who are already in a state of bereavement .
