Anguillan Chinese. Food was good, but decor was, well, nonexistent. Strictly takeout. Maybe you could have a beer ($1.25 for an Old Milwaukee can) while you wait. Totally sketchy by any tourist standard, but life is about adventure. Sweet and sour chicken was tender and not too battered. Pork fried rice was good and crispy. Pepper steak was tough, which we should have expected- not many cows on the island.
