Had appendicitis surgery in 2017. My experience at the hospital was great. Waiting times are a bit longer than usual and your patience might get tested

I am glad I received this survey because I wanted to tell someone about the excellent care I received. Your staff is amazing and they were so attentive to all of my needs. I am extremely impressed with the level of care I received and the kindness and compassion of your staff. Thank you.
Every nurse that took care of me during my stay was amazing. Each and everyone was kind and compassionate. I always knew what to expect and what was happening to me. All of my questions were answered and the nurses responded to the bell immediately.
Should be an excellent rating for each. Very impressed with everything. All procedures done in an organized and skillful manner.
This was a wonderful experience. Everyone was cheerful and very professional. Very good at putting me at ease.
The entire staff was awesome. If need be, would absolutely return there for any procedure. Everyone was very professional & very knowledgeable. Made all of us feel great. Keep up the excellent work!!
Every nurse was fantastic & there to help me within a minute of my request. I've never experienced such care & alert while being hospitalized.report this review -

Crowded hospital, Old paper system , slow process , waiting hours to see a doctor even you have a appointment, Most nurses are not polite and raise the sound to patients , sound looks the patients are disgusting and are treated free of charge
You feel the hospital works in the 1980s. There is no system update and hopelessness of improvement
Every time I visit the hospital I get a bad mood

It's a very dangerous place, if you get the wrong doctor you're in real trouble. I had doctor Kulsoom she almost killed me and my son. The nurse had to deliver him because the doctor looked, to be afraid to do her job. seriously, I would tell everyone, "not to go there unless your suicidal!" I would give them zero stars but I can't.

This hospital has a serious issue with their staff. From receptionists, to nurses to pharmacist, they are all quite clueless and many of them are also rude. They absolutely don’t care about the patients, even in the ER.

Excellent facility and not good staff, however, there are really bad with time. No respect for time and not even ones get in to the clinic on time. There should be a delay and that is something dropping the reputation of the hospital.

I was in a very bad condition and my temprature 40c - the doctor needed an x-ray done to rule out kidney stone.. They kept me waiting for 4 hours to obtain approval from Tawunia (another bad provider) even though I explained to them the law that if after one hour the insurance has not approved or denied the treatment it should be treated as approved, they still refused! I even got someone from CCHI to tell them as well, then they said our systems are not ready for such transaction!!
Eventually I had to pay for it myself and now the insurance company will not pay me back because they say that I should have waited for their approval!report this review -

Worst experience in hospitals faced in my life , very messed up , very expensive against no service or care at all, even for the emergency cases they do not care , very rude and no sympathy with the patients ,
They just take the money , ignore you after that, help yourself, no responsible person you can talk with. I wish ministry of health to go and evaluate it. Againreport this review -

They are trying their best effort , however emergency does not have experienced doctors (not all but most of them) which make decision taking regarding patients not very confident , and most of the time you have to reschedule an appointment with a consultant to get a better image of what was your case particularly.

Dallah hospital has a great experienced doctors but what I don't like is the emergency section because they separate the male from female.
