See below, from their Facebook page :-

Mong Cycles has moved to Phrao and closed the Chiang Mai shop as of February 28, 2018.
We found that the character of Chiang Mai has changed a lot in the past few years – for us there is too much heavy traffic, too many loud motorcycles and tuk-tuk parades, the air quality worsens and things such as rent are becoming too expensive. We also lost one of our dear cats, Sylvester, to traffic roaring along Chang Moi Road.
Phrao is a lovely, small town on the way to…nowhere popular! It is surrounded by national forests and has great road cycling in the valley and through the surrounding mountains, as well as good mountain biking. The air is cleaner than Chiang Mai and the pace much more subdued, yet it is just a short (100km) distance to Chiang Mai’s airport, hospitals and other amenities.
We plan to run the shop more as a hobby there than as a “normal business.” Enjoyment of life comes first, then working on bikes. We hope we will see our friends and customers there when on a bike tour, or by bus (80 Baht from Chang Phuak bus station) or car. We will have bikes to rent if you don’t wish to ride or bring your own. We as just 250 meters from the bus station.
If you visit, please call first if you need us…we may be out riding!

Rented a Marin Larkspur for 11 days to cycle the Mae Hong Son loop. Can't recommend them highly enough. The bike was in top condition and stayed that way throughout the tour. They were responsive on the emails, helped me set up the bike for my needs, and knowledgable about the local area.
They also seemed to have a decent amount of kit for sale that I imagine it may be hard to source in other parts of Thailand/S.E. Asia. Thank you so much for helping me have a lovely holiday!

This place has a great reputation but I personally had a bad experience. Hopefully I was just unlucky and it was a one off

What a great and quick service. Go here if you need anything for your bike.

If you are bike packing or just need anything to do with bikes this is your place.
They sell bikes that fit people's needs and rent as well.
I do allot of bike tours and going into this shop was amazed at how good they are. No fluffing around and good prices.
People rate this shop high and there is a reason for it because it is quality all the way.
Needed a service for my touring bike and they went above and beyond my expectations.

Outstanding service and quality bicycles. Simply - if you're looking to purchase a bicycle - go there, no where else!

How much is your life worth? If you want to ride around Chiang Mai, don't accept the clunker girls bike the guest house allows you to use. Get your butt down to Mong Cycles and talk to Stu, the owner, a very knowledgeable biker from Colorado who will set you up with a great bike so you can keep up with traffic, or blow right by all the cars and scooters chugging along on the overcrowded streets! Great place for bikers.

I was riding in Chiang Mai as a tourist and my hotel happened to be close to this bike store. I found the bike store well stocked with high quality products. I was able to purchase CO2 cannisters which they later bought back off me before i left (airplane doesn't allow CO2 cannisters in luggage). The owner was also very helpful in recommending local group rides. It was a great city to cycle in.

I could not believe they had the exact tire I wanted in Stock. I could not have been more lucky. Genuinely friendly and helpful owners too.

Mong and Stuart were unbelievably helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They fit me to my bike and made all sorts of minor adjustments - all with a smile and a real desire to make sure I was happy. Truly one of the best buying experiences I've ever had.

Stu is great! He's a downright bicycle guru, prices fairly, and has things done when he says they'll be done. I went here to have my Surly touring bike reassembled after I made a mess of it taking it apart and boxing it up in India. Stu got me squared away no problem and I ended up replacing a few components that were due. Highly recommended. They have a good selection of new bikes and even some used ones. Definitely the place to go for your cycling needs in Chiang Mai.
