I have used them alot. They are OKAY. Stuff comes back just as clean as every other dry cleaner. Customer service is lacking. The first bad experience was when I was told one of my shirts would be held back for spot cleaning an extra day (they already take 2 days to get your clothes back to you.) When I said no thank you I am going out of town and to just bring it back with the other cloths the girl acted annoyed and said "ill see what they want to do" she ended up going out of town and not even telling anyone about it. My shirt was not there the next day... luckily a manager was on duty and she resolved it but terrible customer service on the previous persons part. So I am back in town and gave them another chance. I dropped of 3 pants and 5 shirts. 5 shirts wash and press and 3 pants WC-Clothing. I looked at my ticket while getting in the car and saw it said 5 WC-Clothing and 3 wash and press. I called the lady at the front desk and said I belive that she might have rang it up backwards. To make a long story short she started argueing with me and had an attitude on the phone and then ended up saying "well our company won't let wash and press polo shirts only polo button downs." Never been the case before.... I was still outside so i walked in and said never mind ill take them somewhere else and she has the audacity to only hand me back 2 articles of clothing like I'm going to leave the rest there and take those two pieces somewhere else. I belive in good customer service and not being rude to people over all else. I'll spend my money else where and won't be back for sure.

Update: Got my clothes from the other cleaner I took them too (only 1 day Turn around time) and i only paid $38 this would have easily $60+ dollars at eco clean. I dry clean 4 times a month so not using eco clean saves me almost $150. You guys better step up your customer service game.

My schedule has recently changed dramatically leaving me with no free time, and I began to consider using a laundry services for the first time. After reading about their environmentally friendly processes, I knew I had to try them. The wash & fold service was great and on time.

The front door pickup and drop off delivery is super convenient. My clothes always come back looking really nice and fresh, and it's great to have the eco-friendly cleaning option!

Update 2/8/17: I don't have clothes dry cleaned very often, so I'm not up to date on typical costs, but the price for getting two suits cleaned was just under $50, which seems *really* high to me, even considering their process is more expensive than traditional dry cleaning...just sayin...

Both employees I encountered at EcoClean were polite, helpful, and explained how they clean differently from traditional dry cleaners. Not using the typical chemicals is what's most important to me, so I love that EcoClean provides great service so convenient to where I live. Also, I had an unidentified stain on a satin dress and they got it out, so I was very pleased! Will definitely go back.

Great service, their delivery and pickup is awesome and I can do it all through an app. Way cheaper long term than University Laundry's dry cleaning, faster (is cleaned in two days vs. One week), and better for the environment. Plus, the clothes come out great and are folded perfectly.

I've always had a good experience when taking dry cleaning to EcoClean. Fast, efficient, friendly...

UPDATE 12/8/16: After my initial poor experience I went back several times, figuring I should give Ecoclean another shot. Sadly, a pair of pants I brought in were damaged. I am currently going through the process of filing a claim with them and will update the review upon the conclusion. I hope that an amicable solution will be reached in the end.

I care deeply about the environment, which is why I decided to give EcoClean a shot. Unfortunately, they seriously disappointed me as I arrived to pick up my clothes on a Friday morning (at 8am, well within their opening hours), only to find that the door is locked, and no one answering the phone or doorbell.

Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. It's hard for me to imagine ever returning to EcoClean after receiving my clothes given the circumstances and the fact that I needed those clothes today.

I love you guys. I used your service for the first time and I am shocked how fast you guys responded and delivered my suits. My suit was completely damaged and dirty, but you guys made it appear like I bought a new one right out of the store. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know! See you soon!

I have a king-sized feather duvet that I have been wanting to get cleaned for awhile. I was leery of all the chemicals that are used in dry cleaning so I did a lot of research and was happiest with the process used by EcoClean.

The results were great. The duvet came back clean and fluffy. It looks as good as new.

When I went in, the associate did a great job also explaining to me how they are different. It aligns exactly to what they say online. I don't go to the cleaners often. Maybe 2-3 times a year. I find it too expensive and would rather hand wash, use the delicate setting on my washer, or use those dry-cleaner sheets for my dryer. EcoClean was more expensive than my usual trip to Reids. But luckily i was given an estimate before hand so ended up not leaving 3 pieces as I was going to donate them & didn't want to invest any more $$$ in them.
