    It's the most pathetic service you will come across. The staff don't bother to assist customers instead only make your life more difficult. They don't even try to listen to or understand the problems they just tell you to book the car in. Which is an inconvenience since they only open from 7-5 on week days and have a shuttle service that only operates within a 10km radius from the dealership. My car is only 2 years old and already has needed a new battery and now the bluetooth doesn't work. Won't ever consider buying a Ford again

    We're looking for a good second hand Ford for my son who has just turned 18. Possibly the best service I have ever been given at any dealership. The salesman was very honest with my son and I. Thank you and much appreciated I am sure you will hear from me soon

    The receptionist is possibly the rudest person i have ever come across. She swears and at customees and insults them and then gets aggressive and threatened me when i addressed it. Shame on you Tillie. We are just trying to buy a new car

    To Whom this may concern,

    I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus Sedan 1.0 Ecoboost Cash from Ford the Glen in the south of Johannesburg, On Friday the 17th of March i called in to the branch and reported a starting Fault on the car, i was advised by the service rep that they were fully booked and would only be able to look into it the following Thursday, i asked what would happen if the problem got worse until then, and the reply was that there was nothing they could do as they are fully booked.

    On Monday morning the 20th of March, the car did not start at all, i had the car towed to the branch and it was only attended to on Wednesday, i received a full report saying there was nothing wrong with the car, however the battery needed to be changed. the service rep advised that the car was not starting due to it being parked on an incline and if parked on a Flat, it would start fine. i dont see how this could possibly be a battery issue.

    I picked up the car on the Wednesday the 22nd of March, two days later on the 24th of March, while driving on the highway, the car overheated, i managed to pull into a garage. the car was then towed back to Ford the Glen.

    The report is that the Head is cracked and Block is whopped, a new engine has been approved. the car has less than 33 000KMs and no one can explain how this happened.

    I have been without a vehicle for more than 2 weeks, and find this service ridiculous. i need a vehicle as soon as possible, and i am disgusted with this service, if this is what i can look forward to for FORD, then i might as well take my money back and change to another brand.

    Change was stolen out of my car. On 2 separate occasions I have asked them to fix my skew towbar that they recently fitted and nothing ever gets done.

    The service advisors as well as the service foreman are rude. I reported to the foreman that change was taken out of my car and had the audacity to shrug it off in a sarcastic manner by stating and i quote: "You live in South Africa, what do you expect?" And then to top it refund me R10 as if that what it was about, It's the principal. I understand that we are asked to remove our valuables out of our cars but I still expect to some level the comfort knowing that my car will be safe when I leave it there with stuff that I might've forgotten inside.

    They too, forgot that they needed to pick me up after I stipulated, which should in my opinion go without saying that I would obviously need a lift back to the dealership as I have no car!

    Poorest service, lack of proper management.

    DON'T SEND YOUR CAR HERE FOR A SERVICE!

    This place has the most pathetic service I've ever seen firstly you call into reception you hold forever without even being told what division you going to ever since the car got back from this place it's been switching off! I would never advise anyone to use this dealership they suck!!!!! I would give it a - 1 if possible

    The windows on the left hand side of my car has been rattling since the day I picked it up from Ford. They say the reason for this was due to the guys that fitted the smash and grab. However my car has gone in three times for the same thing and it's still rattling. I would not recommend Ford the Glen to anyone. Very unhappy and disappointed customer.
