Living in the area I use the Scottburgh Veterinary Clinic to get my cats spayed/neutered, or any other care they may need. It also has an extensive range of cat/dog foods ; tins and pellets. The service is friendly and empathetic, and helpful, and professional. In case of an emergency the Vet will meet you at the clinic, even if it is closed.

Am extremely disappointed in how the ladies handled the situation with a stray this morning. I picked the dog up on the old main road but cannot keep her at home as I have 6 dogs and 2 cats on the property already. Upon taking her to the vet I was advised that I must take her to the SPCA as their kennels are full. The fact that I needed to get to my place of work was of no importance. When I left, they had not even taken my contact details should anyone contact them regarding the stray dog. I felt as if these ladies thought I was just dumping my own baby on their door step.
